Take Care of You. A mantra Tracy started taking seriously in May of 2005. It started with small changes from eating better to moving more. Due to her successes she wanted to share her wellness passions with all of her motorcycling friends and in 2010 she established Fit2Ride.
Fit2Ride has now expanded to reach out to anyone that is ready to make and take the time to take care of themselves. From corporate wellness programming to individual yoga sessions, Tracy is willing to share her experience, passion and positive motivational spirit with people ready to dedicate time to, Take Care of You!
Tracy became a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance in June 2011. She is also a 3 Star Maddog SpinningInstructor and was one of the first 200 WELCOA Faculty Members. She current teaches 3 to 4 yoga sessions per week and inspires others through her positive, uplifting energy to move toward a healthier lifestyle.
